📋 Description

• Plan, execute, monitor and close technology projects. • Prepare and track schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. • Manage project budgets, costs and resources. • Define scope, priorities and action plans together with stakeholders. • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery metrics. • Ensure the quality of deliverables and that project objectives are met. • Lead follow-up, planning and status-report meetings. • Manage scope changes and demand prioritization. • Lead multidisciplinary development teams. • Monitor team performance through continuous feedback and evaluations. • Develop and support the technical and professional growth of team members. • Manage conflicts and encourage a collaborative environment. • Promote a culture of accountability, commitment and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in managing technology projects. • Previous experience as a Software Developer or Tech Lead. • Experience leading technical teams. • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting and financial control. • Experience leading end-to-end software development projects. • Experience in high-complexity environments with multiple stakeholders. • Experience with agile transformation. • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and process automation. • Track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget and within scope. • Strong management profile and technical knowledge of software development.
