📋 Description

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close technology projects. • Prepare and track project schedules, ensuring established deadlines are met. • Manage project budgets, costs, and resources. • Define scope, priorities, and action plans together with stakeholders. • Track performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery metrics. • Ensure delivery quality and achievement of project objectives. • Lead follow-up, planning, and status report meetings. • Manage scope changes and demand prioritization. • Lead multidisciplinary software development teams. • Monitor team performance through continuous feedback and evaluations. • Develop and support employees’ technical and professional growth. • Manage conflicts and foster a collaborative environment. • Promote a culture of accountability, commitment, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing technology projects. • Previous experience as a Software Developer or Tech Lead. • Experience leading technical teams. • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and financial control. • Experience leading end-to-end software development projects. • Experience working in highly complex environments with multiple stakeholders. • Experience with Agile transformation. • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and process automation. • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
