📋 Description

• Receiving and processing requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, excursions around the world. • Formation of a commercial offer to the client. • Searching and booking of accommodation options and additional services according to the request. • Negotiating cost, cancellation conditions, booking and payment with hotels directly and suppliers. • Supporting all cases arising from completed bookings, including cancellations, changes and relocation.

🎯 Requirements

• English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written). • Russian Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written). • Soft Skills: Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility. • Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused. • Travel Knowledge: Experience in tourism, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies. • Knowledge of the bases of hotels in Russian Federation and popular destinations: countries in Europe, Asia. • Tech Requirements: A functioning computer and microphone.
