📋 Description

• Responsible for relations and negotiations with occupants of the RATP estate, local residents and local authorities • Drafting required administrative acts and contracts • Reviewing notarized documents and surveyors' plans • Supporting the Group’s operational teams • Providing expertise in decisions related to the enhancement and development of the estate • Acting as an internal and external point of contact for land and administrative management

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac +5 equivalent) in Real Estate Law or Public Law • Knowledge and practical experience of public law, real estate law and urban planning: land, construction, real estate transactions, legal structuring • Knowledge and practical experience of the Transport Code and the General Code on Public Property (CG3P) • Knowledge and practical experience of tools related to property dismemberment (e.g., usufruct and bare ownership) • Knowledge and experience of the functioning of local authorities, administrations and railway stakeholders
