• Advise management team • Act in an ambassadorial role for Ravo Africa Foundation (RAF) • Participate in board meetings (at least 4 times a year) • Contribute to crafting sustainable solutions that break the cycle of poverty, violence, and inequality for vulnerable children and youth • Focus on education, training, empowerment, and exposure to life-changing innovations for the needy
• Extensive professional experience in non-profits, business, and philanthropy • Significant executive leadership accomplishments • Skills in business and program development • Resource mobilization from private foundations, companies, and bilateral and multilateral donors • Marketing, communications, and public relations expertise • Finance and risk management knowledge • Policy influencing and lobbying at the senior level • Strategic planning and organizational development skills • Monitoring, evaluation, and process improvements capabilities
• Reasonable expenses are paid when attending board meetings and representing the organization in various forums
