📋 Description

• Run the pipeline from role workbenches to screens to widgets, using AI actively for drafts • Build wireframe prototypes of the whole system at once • Validate descriptions and prototypes with client representatives and take them through sign-off • Identify missing services and data for widgets • Hand missing requirements to the business layer and push them through to an answer • Manage tasks in Plane by sprint • Pass work through readiness checkpoints • Own the full product cycle from sourcing information and decision-making through delivery and real-world use

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a product manager on complex B2B systems, such as fintech, logistics, trading, or ERP • Experience working on large systems or significant parts of large systems • Experience building products that real people actually use, not just testing environments • Hands-on, regular daily experience with AI tools • Full-cycle ownership: sourcing information independently, making fast decisions, and owning outcomes • Ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly through interviews and documents without losing detail • Fluent Russian • Working English
