📋 Description

• Work across different RD Station products and initiatives as part of the AI Alliance • Contribute to the backend development of artificial intelligence applications • Develop and maintain backend systems in Python, ensuring quality, security, and scalability • Create and evolve APIs and architectures for AI agents and integrations across products • Participate in code reviews, promoting best practices and code quality • Collaborate with developers and other teams to build and evolve solutions • Contribute to technical documentation, UML diagrams, and the dissemination of software engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of Python and experience with backend development • Knowledge of React and the ability to work on full-stack solutions • Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, SOLID principles, and design patterns • Knowledge of event-driven systems and SQL and/or NoSQL databases • Clear communication, active participation in technical discussions, and a willingness to learn and collaborate • Experience with artificial intelligence, especially Prompt Engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps (a plus) • Experience with observability tools such as Datadog (a plus) • Experience working on platform, systems support, or complex system migration teams (a plus) • Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka and Pub/Sub (a plus) • Knowledge of technical documentation practices and system modeling (a plus)
