📋 Description

• Work within the AI Alliance, contributing across different RD Station products and initiatives • Contribute to the backend development of artificial intelligence applications • Develop and maintain Python backend systems, ensuring quality, security, and scalability • Create and evolve APIs and architectures to support AI agents and integration across products • Participate in code reviews, promoting best practices and code quality • Collaborate with developers and other teams to build and evolve solutions • Contribute to technical documentation, UML diagram creation, and the dissemination of software engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of Python and experience with backend development • Knowledge of React and the ability to work on full-stack solutions • Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, SOLID principles, and design patterns • Knowledge of event-driven systems and SQL and/or NoSQL databases • Clear communication, active participation in technical discussions, and a willingness to learn and collaborate • Experience with artificial intelligence, especially Prompt Engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps, is a plus • Experience with observability tools such as Datadog is a plus • Experience working on platform, systems support, or complex systems migration teams is a plus • Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka and Pub/Sub is a plus • Knowledge of technical documentation practices and system modeling is a plus
