📋 Description

• Manage the production schedule in Asana, including task creation and tracking • Coordinate the creative team for each deliverable • Act as the client point of contact: collect inputs, track approvals, and relay feedback • Anticipate potential blockers • Ensure adherence to processes and production quality • Conduct QA before each send • Orchestrate the production of emails, campaigns, and Klaviyo flows for a portfolio of e-commerce brands

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in marketing project management, CRM or social media scheduling coordination • At least 2 years of coordination experience • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with clients in writing • Proactive approach • Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment • Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Paris time • Existing invoicing status in place: sole proprietorship, company, or local equivalent • French-speaking
