📋 Description

• Manage the production schedule in Asana, including task creation and tracking • Coordinate the creative team for each deliverable • Act as the client liaison: collect inputs, track approvals, and relay feedback • Anticipate potential blockers • Ensure adherence to processes and maintain production quality • Conduct QA before each delivery • Orchestrate the production of emails and Klaviyo campaigns/flows • Set deadlines and unblock situations when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a marketing project manager or in CRM or social media schedule coordination • At least 2 years of coordination experience • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to rally a team • Ability to communicate clearly with clients in writing • Proactive approach • Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment • Proficiency in or experience with Klaviyo • Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Paris time • Existing business registration or invoicing status: sole proprietorship, company, or local equivalent
