📋 Description

• Lead the overall QA strategy for the full-stack platform, including Next.js front end, C#/.NET backend, and integrations • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, and E2E scenarios • Define and enforce quality gates in the CI/CD pipeline • Lead test coverage for critical third-party integrations, including credit bureaus, dealer systems, fraud-prevention, and verification providers • Validate REST API contracts, retry logic, idempotency, and edge-case handling • Test DEFI Solutions loan-origination workflows, including scorecards, rules, decision flows, and operational data • Participate in sprint planning, story grooming, and design reviews to identify quality risks before development • Collaborate with the Tech Lead to align QA practices with engineering standards • Represent the end-user perspective and act as the voice of quality within the team • Bridge the nearshore team and United States stakeholders, ensuring fluent communication in English • Design and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools • Use AI-assisted testing tools to increase test coverage and reduce manual effort • Manage test environments, test data, and QA documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience • Minimum 4 years of test automation experience • Experience with NUnit • Experience with Playwright • Experience with Cypress • Experience with Selenium • Experience performing End-to-End (E2E) testing • Experience in integration testing • Experience with REST APIs • Experience with CI/CD • Experience working with Agile methodologies • Experience using GitHub Copilot • Experience using Claude • Advanced English proficiency, B2 or C1, indispensable • Must live in Mexico • Availability for a direct, indefinite contract with an exclusivity clause
