📋 Description

• Manage projects from setup to delivery using data, internal tools, and cross-functional collaboration • Manage technical workstreams proactively and independently, including custom research projects on Adverteyes and third-party platforms • Scope, process, analyze, and deliver complex projects on the Adverteyes platform throughout the project lifecycle • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales teams • Work with large datasets in Excel, including macros, to prepare client and internal deliverables • Handle bulk asset downloads, API uploads, and generation of insights and reports • Identify and resolve data quality issues • Provide first-line support for clients on project-related and technical issues • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and external partners • Use Excel and/or SQL regularly to optimize workflows • Handle sensitive GDPR compliance-related requests • Own third-party scoping, templating, automation, and tool development to improve operational efficiency • Contribute to process improvements, continuous improvement, documentation, training, and onboarding • Support team learning, coordination, ownership, and independence • Drive role-level decision-making, collaboration, and accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or management-related field, or equivalent professional/technical experience • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, and ideally macros • Basic knowledge of SQL • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and take appropriate action independently • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, organized, adaptable, and accountable • Comfortable managing multiple projects or priorities in a client-focused environment • Comfortable working with sensitive data and handling GDPR-related requests accurately and discreetly • Strong communication and collaboration skills with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, clients, and external partners • Experience in operations, data operations, market research, project coordination, or a related field is a plus • Familiarity with basic statistical concepts and analysis, such as correlation analysis, is a plus • Experience with AWS, JIRA, Claude, Zendesk, or similar tools is an advantage • Basic knowledge of Python, R, or Power BI is an advantage
