📋 Description

• Teach ESL to young learners aged 4-11 in China • Teach during the fixed evening schedule of 6-8 PM Bangkok time • Take additional weekend teaching hours as available • Use provided teaching materials • Focus on teaching while the company handles student recruitment, marketing, administration, and payments • Participate in professional development through Inspire Academy • Engage with the Evolve community and wellness events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (any field) • Accredited 120-hour+ TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/TEYL certification • 2 years teaching experience • Native English speaker from USA/Canada/UK • Currently based in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia) or South America (Argentina, Brazil, etc.) • Clear criminal record • Excellent communication skills • Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz+ (4 CPUs) • 8GB+ RAM • Internet with 20+ Mbps upload/download and cable connection • Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam • UPS with 4-5 hour capacity if in regions with power interruptions • Quiet, well-lit teaching space
