📋 Description

• Teach English online to young learners aged 4–16 based in China • Deliver one-on-one and one-on-two classes using ClassIn • Conduct regular 25-minute classes and 21–25-minute demo classes • Teach within 12:00–15:30 SAST, Monday to Sunday • Maintain a minimum of 14 teaching hours per week, up to six days per week • Build relationships with regular students and support their progress • Manage student-booked hours and develop a recurring schedule • Complete recruitment and onboarding before starting

🎯 Requirements

• Completed tertiary qualification in any field • Accredited 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or equivalent certification • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience • Clear, effective spoken English • Consistent weekly availability • Experience or aptitude for teaching young learners aged 4–16 • Intel® Core™ i5 or higher computer • Minimum 8GB RAM • Fibre internet connection with 20 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download via LAN cable • UPS backup power with 4–5 hours of battery life • Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam
