• Identify and prospect potential clients if they are interested in new money-making opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various products and services that the company provides to establish client satisfaction. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve personal and team sales targets. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes. • Stay up-to-date with the current market updates and use this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients and adapt sales strategies accordingly. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies throughout the sales process. • Generate regular sales reports and updates to track individual and team performance, providing insights to improve sales outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field – preferred but not required. • Proven track record of successful sales knowledge and experience. • Interested in learning and understanding of new information that is needed for the company needs. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex sales strategies in a clear and concise manner. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools. • High level of self-motivation and goal-driven approach. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
