📋 Description

• Act as the founder’s right hand, participating directly in strategic decisions • Define and evolve the strategy for products, target audiences, offers, and the sales pipeline • Develop content strategies and support brand positioning • Design and monitor processes, ensuring that strategy is effectively implemented • Manage projects and coordinate a team of 3 to 7 people across marketing, sales, and content • Analyze metrics, dashboards, CRM data, and other information to identify growth opportunities • Map and optimize the customer journey and sales funnel • Identify organizational needs and support decisions regarding new hires • Contribute to pricing decisions and administrative matters related to digital products • Support the development of new projects and in-person events • Turn data, problems, and opportunities into clear action plans

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with infoproducts and digital information products • Experience with digital launches • Strong analytical skills and experience working with metrics and dashboards • Applied knowledge of artificial intelligence for management, analysis, and decision-making • Experience in marketing, administration, digital product management, or related fields • Strategic mindset, combined with sufficient execution experience to understand and guide a team • Proven real-world market experience and the ability to make decisions autonomously • Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems without requiring constant follow-up • Availability to dedicate yourself full-time to the project, without other professional commitments • Genuine alignment with the company’s vision and current growth stage
