📋 Description

• Manage the flow of digital marketing projects and daily requests • Build, update, and monitor delivery schedules and deadlines • Serve as the direct communication liaison between the execution team and clients • Track operational metrics, service-level agreements (SLAs), and process efficiency • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements • Lead regular alignment, progress-tracking, and status-report meetings • Ensure the organization of data and tasks within the company’s project management platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Proven previous experience in project management, coordination, or operations at marketing agencies or technology companies • Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, deadlines, and SLA tracking • Proficiency with task management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar) • Proficiency with corporate communication and productivity tools (Google Workspace and Slack) • Broad understanding of digital marketing processes and deliverables • Strong organizational, proactive, concise communication, and problem-solving skills • Advanced or fluent English proficiency • Experience with client service or operations management focused on international markets • Previous knowledge of or certifications in agile methodologies
