📋 Description

• Support the nine-person Interoperability & Integrations team • Configure API gateways in hospitals • Ensure the reliable operation of API gateways • Handle incoming support tickets • Identify the root causes of technical issues • Work closely with customers, First-Level Support, and the Engineering team to resolve issues • Monitor API gateways in live operation • Analyze technical issues and troubleshoot using Datadog • Support customers in resolving reproduced errors • Serve as a point of contact for First-Level Support on more complex technical matters • Act as the interface to the Engineering team • Create bug tickets • Keep all stakeholders informed of the current status of issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying Computer Science, Health Informatics, Digital Health, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical field • Strong basic understanding of APIs and data formats • Basic knowledge of software architecture and deployment models such as cloud, hybrid, and on-premises • Ability to independently learn and understand new technical concepts • Resilience and a calm approach to challenging customer inquiries • Enjoyment of direct customer contact by phone and email • Empathy and willingness to compromise • Ability to organize your work independently and proactively seek support when needed • Enjoy working as part of a remote team • Near-native German proficiency at C2 level • Fluent English proficiency at a minimum of C1 level • Nice to have: Initial experience in healthcare or knowledge of FHIR, HL7, or DICOM • Nice to have: Thoughtful and reflective use of AI tools in projects or academic work • Currently enrolled at a university in Germany • Availability for 15–20 hours per week
