📋 Description

• Serve as the go-to Business Analytics specialist for the Credit Card product • Lead high-impact initiatives to grow the card customer base, engagement, and profitability, from hypothesis through measured results • Diagnose retention, usage, and margin (P&L, DC, cohorts), translating findings into actions prioritized by financial impact • Bridge Product, Credit Policy, Collections, and CRM/Martech, with a view of cross-functional impact • Own budget and forecast models, ensuring they support business decisions • Support leadership in defining the product roadmap, priorities, and strategy • Use AI in day-to-day work to accelerate analyses, automate routines, and raise the team’s technical standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed • Use AI in day-to-day work as an essential part of the work routine • Strong SQL skills to explore data and build independent analyses • 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics or related fields, preferably in credit, credit cards, or fintech • Proven experience analyzing P&L, unit economics, and/or forecasts • Advanced English and Spanish • Technical expertise and analytical rigor, including causal inference rather than purely descriptive analysis • Systems and business perspective, connecting data to financial results • Ownership mindset and autonomy to build from the ground up • Executive communication skills, translating analysis into decisions for leadership
