📋 Description

• Prospect and engage potential clients through email, phone calls, SMS, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. • Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition. • Research, gather, and verify prospect information to qualify sales opportunities. • Schedule meetings and appointments with key decision-makers. • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities. • Assist in closing sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-up. • Prepare and submit weekly sales activity and pipeline reports. • Provide administrative support for sales activities, including preparing presentation materials, product activations, and event coordination. • Assist in creating and distributing email marketing campaigns (EDMs), event invitations, LinkedIn content, and other marketing materials. • Perform other sales support and administrative duties as assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, business development, or lead generation, preferably within the IT industry. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Fresh graduates with an IT-related degree are encouraged to apply. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong phone etiquette and professional email communication. • Comfortable interacting with clients and building professional relationships. • Sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
