📋 Description
• Assisting in the efforts to find the right talent • Work alongside the talent acquisition team throughout the entire life cycle of a recruit • Utilize various platforms to connect with potential candidates • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates through the recruiting and onboarding process • Provide administrative and logistics management support to line managers • Focus on providing the best candidate experience • Engage with interesting candidates and take complete ownership of the recruitment process • Contribute positively to the brand reputation of the firm through active social media engagement
