📋 Description

• Provide technical support to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services • Promote upgrades and additional solutions whenever appropriate • Handle account, billing and service-related enquiries • Escalate complex technical issues when necessary • Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent French and English (minimum C2) • Previous sales experience is mandatory • Experience in Technical Support or a Contact Centre is an advantage • Strong communication, sales and problem-solving skills • Comfortable using digital tools and technology • Customer-oriented, target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Availability for a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
