📋 Description

• Onboard new partners so they understand products, programs and the deal registration process • Hold regular check-in calls with every partner to track pipeline, needs and progress • Pass every partner deal registration to business development the same working day • Identify partners whose activity has dropped and re-engage them • Keep partner tiers, health scores and records current in HubSpot • Log every call, email and meeting the same day • Use Claude or a similar AI assistant daily for call preparation, summaries, partner outreach and CRM updates • Maintain an active and productive channel partner network

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field • Excellent spoken and written English • 2+ years in channel, partner or alliance management for software • Experience with partner onboarding, deal registration and partner tier programs • Comfort holding many short partner calls a week while keeping records accurate • Experience automating routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts • CRM experience, ideally HubSpot, is a plus • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space for calls (required for remote applicants) • Legally authorized to work in Pakistan
