📋 Description

• Design and scale Microsoft Entra ID Governance, including Access Reviews and governance processes • Build script-based automation to roll out governance capabilities across a decentralized Microsoft Entra environment • Automate the lifecycle of Service Principals, certificates, secrets and federated credentials • Integrate workload identity services with Azure Key Vault and apply Least Privilege principles • Design and implement self-service capabilities for Service Principals, Entra Groups and delegated administration • Review and optimize Azure RBAC, Entra RBAC, application permissions, Microsoft Graph permissions and OAuth consent models • Build identity monitoring and detection capabilities using Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and KQL • Support automation of Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes with HRIS as the identity source of truth • Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams and cross-functional colleagues on cloud identity strategy and governance

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and automating cloud identity solutions • Experience with Microsoft Entra, Administrative Units, Microsoft Entra ID Governance, Microsoft Graph Permissions, Azure, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform • Experience working in complex cloud environments • Ability to design Zero Trust and Least Privilege architectures • Experience with automation, APIs, governance and secure-by-design approaches • Knowledge of Permission Misuse Detection and identity governance • Interest in emerging identity technologies and AI-assisted engineering tools • Ability to collaborate across teams and present technical concepts to colleagues and stakeholders • Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Entra Agent ID, Identity Blueprints and Microsoft 365 Agents / Copilot is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions or Logic Apps, PowerShell and Bash • Knowledge of Azure RBAC, Entra RBAC, Azure Policy, Azure Key Vault, Managed Identities, Enterprise Applications, App Registrations, Service Principals, Certificate Lifecycle Management, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Workload Identity Federation, Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Kusto Query Language (KQL), Microsoft 365, Active Directory, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
