📋 Description

• Own the Data Product strategy and portfolio within a business domain • Translate business challenges into scalable, reusable Data Products and analytical capabilities • Define and drive product vision and roadmap • Identify valuable problems and prioritize opportunities based on business value, strategic relevance, user needs, and capacity • Serve as primary product counterpart for senior business stakeholders • Create transparency around priorities, dependencies, trade-offs, and delivery • Align business stakeholders with Data & AI teams • Challenge requirements and identify underlying business problems • Drive Data Product adoption and value realization using product metrics, usage insights, stakeholder feedback, and business KPIs • Lead through a cross-functional matrix organization with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Forward Deployed Engineers, DataOps, and functional leadership • Own product backlog and prioritization • Balance new capabilities, technical improvements, migration activities, and operational requirements • Support the transition toward self-service analytics • Improve Data Product understandability, reusability, and accessibility • Identify duplication, gaps, dependencies, and reuse opportunities across products and domains

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant product experience • Strong experience in Data Product Management, Analytics Products, or data-intensive products • Strong experience in at least one relevant business or data domain: Customer, Marketplace, Finance, Procurement, Pricing, or Marketing • Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, adoption metrics, and business outcomes • Comfortable engaging with and challenging senior stakeholders • Ability to challenge assumptions and distinguish underlying needs from initial requests • Understanding of scalable Data Products versus individual dashboards • Technical understanding of modern data platforms, data modelling, and analytics • Ability to work effectively with technical teams and understand architectural trade-offs • Experience with Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure is highly beneficial; equivalent experience in another modern cloud data ecosystem is relevant • Comfortable working in a matrix organization • Clear communication of complex topics and transparent prioritization decisions
