📋 Description

• Develop and optimize Node.js/TypeScript-based microservices for performance, modularity, and scalability • Contribute to architectural decisions that improve system maintainability and reliability • Build and maintain React applications using Next.js Pages Router and Material-UI • Implement advanced form logic using Formik and JSONSchema validation • Ensure responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces • Integrate and optimize MongoDB, Redis, and Algolia for real-time ad delivery and insights • Use BullMQ and RabbitMQ for distributed message queuing and background processing • Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to deliver end-to-end Retail Media features • Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and solution discovery • Design and build high-performance, scalable Retail Media AdTech solutions across backend services and customer-facing interfaces

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern web technologies • Deep experience building scalable microservices and frontend applications in cloud-native environments • Familiarity with AdTech or Retail Media platforms such as Kevel, Google Ad Manager, CitrusAd, or TopSort is favorable • Commitment to clean, maintainable, and efficient code, with focus on scalability, testing, and long-term system health • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams and contributing to cross-functional initiatives • Continuous learner who thrives in fast-moving environments • Experience with AI, including integrating AI into real systems and shipping AI-powered features • Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Koa.js, NestJS, MongoDB, Redis, BullMQ, RabbitMQ, Algolia, Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), Google Cloud Platform, CircleCI, ArgoCD, and modern ad-serving platform integrations
