📋 Description

• Lead strategic negotiations with RX manufacturers (including generics and, where applicable, the parallel import segment). • Establish, maintain and develop long-term supplier partnerships in the German market. • Proactively drive market, manufacturer and portfolio developments, and facilitate annual and pricing/terms negotiations. • End-to-end responsibility across the value chain — from the supplier side to the end-customer and the healthcare supply perspective. • Develop and implement a structured negotiation and cooperation framework to scale and standardize supplier collaboration. • Oversee and manage contracts, purchasing terms and commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with complex regulatory requirements. • Develop multi-year RX procurement and partnership strategies in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in a business-related field or comparable commercial training. • Several years of experience in strategic procurement with proven negotiation skills, ideally in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, consumer healthcare or OTC environment. • Ability to work in regulated market environments and successfully transfer procurement strategies to new categories. • Demonstrable experience in supplier negotiations, contract management and terms optimization. • Strong ability to build sustainable partnerships and to make strategic decisions driven by data and market insights.
