📋 Description
• Lead technical interviews for U.S. job placements on behalf of our sales representatives • Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth project execution • Attend daily standups & scrum meetings to manage ongoing U.S. projects • Advise and mentor engineers on technical best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field • 7+ years of software development experience • 3+ years in a lead or architect role • Fluent English (C1 level or higher) • Expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Angular
