📋 Description

• Implement automated, containerized cloud application platform solutions focused on networking, storage, virtualization, security, logging, monitoring, high availability, and system resilience • Serve as a subject matter expert on site, addressing technical, developmental, and strategic IT needs • Learn new technologies and apply them to customer needs • Adapt to changing customer requirements • Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of complex open source solutions • Respond to incidents, escalations, and exceptions professionally • Deliver quality results on-site and post-engagement on time and within project scope • Prepare project journals, status reports, and other standard documentation • Answer questions about best practices in automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover setups • Lead on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat technology • Understand customer infrastructures and business issues and make appropriate recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience working in a consulting role • Good customer-facing skills; ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions • Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies on a delivery level • Experience implementing container technologies in an enterprise setting and with enterprise-wide deployments • Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), or Ansible Automation Platform • Experience onboarding applications and application teams onto cloud or container platforms, introducing DevOps, continuous delivery (CD), and application lifecycle management • Understanding of the open source community • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills • Willingness to travel across the region • Excellent written and verbal language skills in German and English • Red Hat Certifications are considered a plus
