📋 Description

• Own the AI/ML core of the robotics automation product and align it with the CTO and Co-founder’s technical strategy • Write custom training loops and design and implement neural network architectures • Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle from raw data processing through training, fine-tuning, and edge deployment • Build the AI/ML components of the MVP, including relevant hardware control interfaces • Propose and help define the AI/ML stack and model architecture • Monitor AI, computer vision, and robotics trends • Collaborate with the CTO and mentor future AI/ML engineers • Translate customer feedback and market needs into robust AI/ML technical requirements • Contribute to a culture of code quality, ownership, rapid iteration, and high execution standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of end-to-end Deep Learning experience, from data processing and architecture design to training models from scratch and deep fine-tuning • Advanced proficiency with modern deep learning tools, especially PyTorch • Ability to write custom data loaders and loss functions • Hands-on computer vision experience with CNNs, ViTs, object detection, and segmentation • Proven experience building and shipping ML components in production-ready products • Strong mathematical background • Pragmatic, analytical startup mindset and comfort in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments • Fluent Polish and English, spoken and written • Experience with hardware control or integrating AI models with physical systems is a plus • Experience with ROS/ROS2, simulation environments, or control systems is a plus • Experience in robotics automation platforms, cloud-edge architecture, or industrial automation is a plus • Background in deep-tech, robotics, or engineering-driven startups is a plus • Prior leadership experience is a plus but not required • Legal permission to work in the EU
