📋 Description

• Co-create the product concept and define its clinical application • Identify and validate real needs of patients and healthcare professionals • Translate clinical knowledge into product requirements and workflows • Support the design and evaluation of pilots and clinical validation • Represent the medical perspective in discussions with partners, investors, and institutions • Shape the company’s medical strategy and expert team as the venture grows • Discuss experience, important healthcare challenges, and preferred involvement • Potentially build a new solution around a problem identified through clinical practice

🎯 Requirements

• Medical degree • Practical experience in healthcare • Strong understanding of challenges within the relevant specialty or area of the healthcare system • Ability to evaluate solutions from clinicians’, patients’, and healthcare organizations’ perspectives • Openness to technology, innovation, and early-stage environments • Desire to influence product direction rather than act solely as an external advisor • Ability to communicate complex medical knowledge clearly to non-medical teams • Readiness to take ownership of the venture’s medical and clinical direction • Fluent Polish at C1 level is requested in the application questions
