📋 Description

• Own the AI/ML/Vision core of the robotics automation product • Work closely with the CTO and Co-founder to align ML capabilities with the technical strategy • Write custom training loops and design and implement neural network architectures • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle from raw data processing through training, fine-tuning, and edge deployment • Build AI/ML/Vision components of the MVP • Define the AI/ML stack and model architecture • Monitor AI, computer vision, and robotics trends • Mentor engineers joining the AI/ML function as the team grows • Translate customer feedback and market needs into robust AI/ML technical requirements • Contribute to code quality, ownership, rapid iteration, and high execution standards • Integrate AI capabilities into a commercially viable physical robotics product

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of end-to-end Deep Learning experience • Proven track record of engineering advanced Computer Vision systems within the industrial automation sector • Deep understanding of modern deep learning tools, with PyTorch preferred • Experience writing custom data loaders and loss functions • Hands-on experience with CNNs, ViTs, object detection, and segmentation • Proven track record of building and shipping ML components in real, production-ready products • Pragmatic, analytical, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-uncertainty startup environments • Fluent Polish and English, spoken and written • Experience with hardware control/integration of AI models with physical systems, robotics, embedded systems, or IoT is nice to have • Experience with ROS/ROS2, simulation environments, and control systems is nice to have • Experience in robotics automation platforms, cloud-edge architecture, or industrial automation is nice to have • Background in deep-tech, robotics, or engineering-driven startups is nice to have • Prior leadership experience is a plus, though not required • Legal permission to work in the EU
