📋 Description

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers to create user-centered designs • Create personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups • Design graphic user interface and navigational components (e.g. menus, tabs, widgets, and search fields) • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like • Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) • Apply layout adjustments based on user feedback (interviews and usability testing)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience working in the field of UX/UI and visual design • Strong skills in research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and visual communication • Layout design, data visualization, infographics and visual storytelling experience preferred • Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • English proficiency - advanced (spoken & written) • Highly Proactive and critical thinker • Excellent time management and organizational skill set • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple deliverables • Self-motivated, shows initiative and is a quick learner • Works well within a team and independently • Demonstrated creative judgment and criteria • Takes ownership of projects, ensuring their quality and task execution • Critical thinker. Able to provide and receive objective feedback
