They provide dynamic group classes tailored to different levels, flexible booking (drop-ins, class packages, memberships), and run an Instructor Academy to train people to teach at their studios. 📋 Description

• You will support the entire recruiting process – from creating job postings to applicant management • You will independently organize interviews and communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders • You will maintain applicant data and assist with the preparation of employment contracts • You will help optimize existing recruiting processes and contribute to the implementation of new HR tools and structures • You will contribute to cross-functional people topics – e.g., onboarding, internal events, feedback formats and employer branding

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying Psychology, Economics, Business Psychology or a related field, or you have already successfully completed your degree • You are highly organized and prefer to work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented way • You are motivated to actively help shape our recruiting, HR processes and team culture from day one • You like taking responsibility and work with care and attention to detail • You are fluent in German and English • Ideally, you have some prior experience in HR or recruiting and are now looking for a new challenge in a dynamic startup environment
