📋 Description
• Ondersteunen bij recruitment en onboarding • Begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens het sollicitatieproces • Meewerken aan employer branding en HR-processen • Meedenken over talentontwikkeling en trainingen • Bijdragen aan een positieve en mensgerichte HR-ervaring
🎯 Requirements
• Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Human Resource Management, Bedrijfskunde, Psychologie of een vergelijkbare richting (bij voorkeur 3e- of 4ejaars) • Je wilt graag ervaring opdoen binnen een maatschappelijk betrokken organisatie • Je bent leergierig en wilt jezelf ontwikkelen binnen verschillende onderdelen van HR
