📋 Description

• Provide inbound phone and written support to private customers in the energy sector • Assist with supplier switches and customer master data maintenance • Handle billing inquiries and meter readings • Advise customers on energy contracts, tariffs, and installment payments • Participate in several weeks of paid, full-time onboarding and training • Work in a two-shift system after training; shift schedules are provided several weeks in advance

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of call center experience required • Experience in energy-sector projects and supplier switching is preferred • Enjoy interacting with customers and providing advice by phone • Confident using PC applications such as Teams, Outlook, and web browsers; SAP experience is preferred • Very good German language skills (C1 level) • Must live in Germany • Career changers are not eligible; relevant professional experience is required • Willingness to work a 5-day, 40-hour workweek • Willingness to work a two-shift system Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.; split shifts may be possible
