📋 Description

• Proactively contact warm leads at the interface between Marketing and Sales • Engage with prospects who have already expressed an interest in heating solutions • Create a confident and friendly first impression of the company • Record relevant information for the next stage of the customer journey in the CRM system • Manage customer contacts independently and responsibly • Generate enthusiasm among customers for a subsequent conversation with Sales Managers • Continuously develop and optimize lead-generation processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field • Interest in renewable energy • At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a focus on outbound calls • Experience working with KPI-driven targets and processes • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce • Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach • High level of reliability and willingness to learn • Excellent German communication skills at a minimum C1 level
