📋 Description

• Inbound first-level support for existing customers • Technical customer support for TV, phone and internet issues • Needs-based product consulting and contract optimizations • Sales approach in every call • Work within Vodafone team of the virtual service center

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of call center experience • Ideally experience in technical service within the telecommunications industry • At least 1 year of sales experience • Consistently achieve sales targets • Willingness and ability to reliably cover the specified working hours • No secondary employment allowed • Excellent German language skills (C1 level) • Residence in Germany • No career changers; experience as a support and sales professional required
