📋 Description

• Together with your future colleagues, you will advise our customers on the topic of credit protection after the loan has been granted. • When it comes to protecting the arranged consumer loans, you are the expert for our customers and provide telephone consultations on the relevant insurance products. • You determine each customer's individual needs and support them with tailored solutions using our internal systems. • You take customers' individual preferences into account and ensure high customer satisfaction through strong service orientation. • This is not cold calling — all of your customers look forward to your telephone consultation. • With our modern communication tools and the digital contract-completion options provided by our partners, nothing stands in the way of an efficient workday.

🎯 Requirements

• You have already gained initial experience in sales or customer-facing roles (e.g., sales, telesales) • You are service-oriented and have a strong interest in consumer loans • You are an excellent communicator and convince customers with an open and professional manner on the phone • You demonstrate high reliability and a committed work ethic • You are eager to develop professionally, bring strong motivation, and want to grow with us • Ideally, you have completed commercial/vocational training
