📋 Description

• Advise customers on credit protection following loan completion • Advise customers by phone on relevant insurance products • Assess customers' individual needs • Offer tailored solutions using internal systems • Take individual preferences into account and ensure high customer satisfaction through a service-oriented approach • Use modern communication tools and partners' digital completion options • Work in a sales team of around 40 sales colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in sales or customer-facing roles, e.g., sales or telesales • Service-oriented attitude • Passion for loans • Strong communication skills and a persuasive, open, and professional manner on the phone • High reliability • Proactive and committed work ethic • Motivation for personal and professional development • Ideally, completed commercial apprenticeship or business-related vocational training
