📋 Description

• You acquire new clients in customer service outsourcing/BPO with strategic vision, consultative expertise and a clear focus on closing deals • You position our services—Inbound, Outbound, Back Office or Multi‑Language—as tailored solutions for SMEs and large enterprises • You strategically develop existing accounts through cross‑selling, upselling and follow‑on projects • You negotiate contracts as an equal partner while keeping KPIs, quality and pricing in clear view • You act as a sparring partner for internal project teams and remain reliably engaged after the pitch

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in selling call center/BPO services • Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive presence at C‑level • Good process understanding in customer service / customer operations • Closing‑oriented, structured approach to work • Business‑fluent German (negotiation level); English is a plus
