📋 Description

• Inbound first-level support for existing customers • Technical customer support for TV, phone and internet issues • Needs-based product advice and contract optimization • Sales approach in every call • Work within the Vodafone team at Zeitwert

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center • At least 1 year of sales experience • Ideally experience in technical service within the telecommunications industry • Consistently achieve sales targets • Willingness to reliably cover the specified working hours • No concurrent secondary employment • Very good German language skills (C1 level) • Residence in Germany • Prior professional experience required; no career changers
