📋 Description

• Provide telephone and written support to private customers in the energy sector (inbound) • Assist with supplier changes and master data maintenance • Handle billing inquiries and meter readings • Advise customers on energy contracts, tariffs, and advance payments • Participate in several weeks of paid, full-time onboarding with a permanent early shift • After onboarding, work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of call center experience required • Experience in energy projects and supplier changes is preferred • Enjoy interacting with customers and providing telephone-based advice • Confident using PC applications such as Teams, Outlook, and web browsers; SAP experience is preferred • Very good German language skills (C1 level) • You live in Germany • Career changers are not considered; relevant professional experience is required • Willingness to work in a two-shift system, Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. • Willingness to work possible split shifts
