📋 Description

• You are the first point of contact for questions about energy supply, invoices, or payment installments. • You provide knowledgeable support to customers using the customer portal, including login issues and password resets. • You advise customers on modern energy services such as wallboxes, photovoltaic systems, and e-mobility, and guide them through our website. • You use SAP and our internal software to process customer inquiries accurately. • You handle calls every day and help customers resolve their energy-related questions and concerns in a straightforward manner.

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of experience working on an energy-sector project for a utility company (EVU) in a call center is required. • You must be available to start full-time with us from November 20. • Flexibility to work within service hours, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. • Excellent written and spoken German, along with a strong communication style. • A friendly and empathetic manner on the phone.
