📋 Description

• Provide inbound first-level support for existing customers • Assist customers with technical issues affecting TV, telephone, and internet services • Provide needs-based product advice and optimize contracts • Promote relevant products and services during every call • Complete 3 weeks of paid training on a permanent early-shift schedule • Work a subsequent two-shift system from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. • Work every other weekend, with time off during the week in lieu

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of call center experience, ideally in technical service within the telecommunications industry • At least 1 year of sales experience • Consistently meet sales targets • Willingness to reliably cover the stated working hours • No secondary employment • Very good German language skills at C1 level • Residence in Germany • Experienced support and sales professionals only; career changers are not accepted
