📋 Description

• Inbound first-level support for existing customers • Technical customer support for TV, telephone, and internet issues • Needs-based product advice and contract optimization • Sales engagement in every call • Participation in three weeks of paid training during a fixed early-shift schedule

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of call center experience • Ideally, experience in technical service within the telecommunications industry • At least 1 year of sales experience • Consistently achieve sales targets • Willingness to reliably cover the required working hours • No secondary employment • Very good German language skills (C1 level) • Residence in Germany • 40 hours per week on a 5-day schedule • Willingness to work a two-shift system Monday through Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. • Work every second weekend, with time off in lieu during the week
