📋 Description

• Provide inbound first-level support to existing customers • Provide technical customer support for TV, telephone, and internet issues • Offer needs-based product advice and optimize contracts • Identify sales opportunities in every call • Complete three weeks of paid training on a permanent early shift (Monday to Friday) • Work a two-shift system after training • Work every second weekend, with time off in lieu during the week • Follow a shift schedule prepared several weeks in advance

🎯 Requirements

• Career changers are not eligible; we are seeking experienced support and sales professionals • At least one year of call center experience • Experience in technical service within the telecommunications industry is preferred • At least one year of sales experience • Consistently achieve sales targets • Reliability and willingness to work the assigned hours • No secondary employment • Very good German language skills (C1 level) • Reside in Germany • 40 hours per week over a five-day workweek • Willingness to work a two-shift system Monday through Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. • Willingness to work every second weekend
