📋 Description

• Identify inefficiencies in internal processes and propose improvement opportunities • Design, implement, and maintain automations using no-code / low-code tools • Optimize operational workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve productivity • Support the execution and coordination of daily operations • Keep databases and commercial pipelines updated and organized • Manage lead, participant, and internal process information, ensuring quality and consistency • Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Prepare reports and indicators to support decision-making • Collaborate with different teams to understand operational needs and translate them into practical solutions • Document processes, automations, and internal procedures • Detect errors or friction in systems and propose solutions that improve the experience of users and participants

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience or practical knowledge in business operations, process automation, data analysis, or related areas • Knowledge of no-code / low-code tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for organizing and analyzing information • Familiarity with CRM tools, database management, or operational platforms • Ability to identify problems and propose practical solutions • Analytical, structured profile with excellent attention to detail • Ability to organize and follow up on multiple tasks • Proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation • Ability to learn new digital platforms and tools • Good communication and collaborative work skills • Interest in automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00–18:00 Bogota time
