📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate technology projects from planning through completion • Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients, project stakeholders, and internal technical teams • Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, status updates, and action items across multiple stakeholders • Proactively identify and address risks, blockers, dependencies, and potential delays • Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and reporting • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ensure alignment around expectations, priorities, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Maintain strong follow-up and accountability across teams and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or similar roles, preferably within technology or software development environments • Strong project organization, planning, and time-management skills • Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced / Professional English proficiency (B2–C1) • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong follow-up and accountability skills • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing risks, blockers, and dependencies • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Experience collaborating with distributed and international teams across different time zones • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
