📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between go-to-market teams and production teams • Own project intake, scheduling and handover • Ensure briefs, deliverables, timelines, approvals, budgets and supporting information are complete before scheduling work • Maintain and optimize the master schedule for live and upcoming projects • Forecast resource demand, identify capacity risks and resolve resourcing conflicts • Validate project estimates and financials against approved rate-card pricing • Monitor project budgets, forecasts and actuals for revenue recognition, profitability reporting and reconciliation • Identify financial variances, scope changes and margin risks and coordinate corrective action • Develop cost-effective delivery solutions, estimates, schedules and timelines with internal teams and suppliers • Prepare weekly capacity, utilization and resourcing reports • Produce monthly reporting on project performance, resource utilization, workflow demand, revenue drawdown and financial position • Analyze project conversion, throughput and delivery performance • Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements • Develop and maintain best practices, operating procedures and governance standards • Oversee project quality control through briefing, review, proofing, approval and handover • Lead execution and governance of marketing projects across online and offline channels • Coordinate internal service groups, production teams and external suppliers • Manage project estimates, schedules, resource plans and delivery milestones • Manage deadlines, budgets, quality standards, review requirements, risks and dependencies • Coordinate lead generation, reporting and database-related project requirements where applicable • Build stakeholder and supplier relationships and provide project updates and recommendations • Collaborate globally, provide informal guidance to less experienced colleagues, and test innovative campaign formats and delivery approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a four-year degree; or 3 years of related experience and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience • Previous project management experience within a marketing agency, internal shared service, Center of Excellence or demand center environment • Demonstrable experience managing campaign intake, project schedules, resource capacity, budgets, suppliers and delivery risks • Strong understanding of marketing channel effectiveness and channel mix across online and offline tactics • Experience working with project or work management platforms and producing operational, capacity and financial reporting • Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational and communication skills • Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional and matrixed teams with minimal supervision
