📋 Description

• Manage marketing projects from kickoff through completion. • Coordinate timelines, priorities, deliverables, and deadlines. • Work closely with marketing, content, design, and paid media teams. • Manage project boards and workflows using Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms. • Track project progress and proactively resolve blockers. • Coordinate campaign launches and ensure deliverables are completed on time. • Provide clear project updates to stakeholders and leadership. • Keep multiple marketing projects organized and moving simultaneously. • Identify delays and blockers before they impact deadlines. • Maintain clear ownership, timelines, and priorities across projects. • Follow up proactively with team members and stakeholders. • Ensure marketing campaigns and deliverables launch accurately and on time. • Take ownership without requiring constant follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Marketing Project Management or similar experience. • 3+ years managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. • 2+ years using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar. • 2+ years coordinating digital marketing campaigns or marketing teams. • Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Advanced written and spoken English. • Experience working independently in a remote environment. • Professional home office setup and reliable internet. • Introductory video submission required as part of the recruitment process.
