📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor, product expert, and legal workflow specialist • Work with leading law firms and legal teams to adopt, integrate, and optimise AI-powered legal workflows • Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle through product demonstrations, use cases, RFPs, pitches, and workshops • Drive adoption and integration of Lexis+ with Protégé and Protégé Workflows into research, drafting, document review, and knowledge management processes • Advise clients on transforming legal practice with AI to improve efficiency, quality, and risk management • Analyse client processes and design optimised AI-enabled workflows • Configure Protégé Workflows according to firm-specific needs and standards • Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements • Monitor client usage and encourage effective, expanded use of workflows • Collaborate with Account Managers on adoption, engagement, expansion, account planning, and renewals • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Design and deliver onboarding and training for different user groups and practice areas • Present solutions to senior stakeholders, including partners, heads of innovation, and legal operations leaders • Create practical training materials, guides, and short videos • Represent customer perspectives internally and translate feedback into product recommendations • Partner with product and development teams on future improvements • Support testing of new features and measure and communicate ROI and value delivered

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (Master’s, LLM, or equivalent) • Qualification as a lawyer or solicitor preferred • Experience in a top-tier or international law firm, or in-house legal team • Strong understanding of legal workflows and law firm operations • Demonstrated interest or experience in legal tech, AI, or legal innovation • Real-world experience implementing AI in a law firm or corporate legal team • Strong business acumen and understanding of the legal services market • Experience working with clients in a consultative, solution-oriented environment • Ability to support pre-sales cycles and drive post-sales growth • Ability to identify value drivers, upsell opportunities, and client expansion potential • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with senior stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to translate complex legal and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights • Collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills • Fluency in English; French is a plus depending on the region
